There are a few common reasons your purchase might not have been approved for rewards:
It didn’t meet the brand’s reward conditions
Your payment wasn’t confirmed by your bank
You returned the item
You canceled the payment
You used another cashback or referral platform

Please note that a single purchase made with one of our partner brands can only be eligible for one reward. Therefore, it is not possible to combine a WeWard reward with another reward from an external source (for example: another cashback app, a browser extension, an external promotional code, or a third-party loyalty program) for the same purchase.

Here’s why it happens:
The brands featured in the app help fund the Wards you earn by validating purchases. When a purchase is confirmed, the brand rewards us—and that’s how we’re able to reward you for walking.
But if a purchase isn’t validated, we don’t receive a commission—and unfortunately, that means we can’t pass Wards along either.
