What if I return or cancel something?
If you return your full order, you won’t earn any Wards for that purchase.
If you return part of your order, your Wards will be adjusted based on what you kept. So, you’ll still earn Wards—just for the items you decided to keep.
How long does validation take?
The timeline varies depending on the brand. In general, it can take up to 90 days from the date of your purchase.
For hotel stays or travel bookings (like with Booking.com or Hotels.com), validation can take up to 90 days after your check-out date.
👉 If you don’t complete the stay (a no-show), you won’t receive any Wards.
