My Wards Arenât Showing UpâWhat Should I Do?
So you made a purchase through our Top Deals page, but your Wards arenât showing up as pending? Donât worryâhereâs what to do next.
Step 1: Give it a little time
It can take up to 48 hours for your purchase to appear in the app. To check if itâs been recorded, go to: Redeem > History > Pending
If your transaction is there, great! That means itâs been registered, and your Wards will be added once the partner confirms your purchase.
Step 2: Still nothing after 48 hours? File a claim
If you donât see anything after two days, you can file a claim with our partner.
Hereâs how:

Go to the Top Deals page

Select the brand where you made your purchase

Tap âI can't find my purchaseâ at the bottom of the brandâs page
Youâll be taken to a claim form where youâll need to upload your purchase invoice and fill in the following:

1ď¸âŁ Order number

2ď¸âŁ Purchase amount (excluding tax)

3ď¸âŁ Date of purchase
These details go straight to our partner for review.
Claim Processing + Tips

It may take up to 90 days for your claim to be processed

You can track your claim in the app: Redeem > History > Claims

If any required info is missing from your invoice, your claim wonât be accepted

If your claim is rejected, you can edit and resubmitâbut only twice per claim. So double-check everything before submitting!
