How to do it?
From the WeWard app, open the Convert tab and follow these steps:
- For Transfers or Gift Cards, click "See more" to access all available offers
- Choose the desired amount
- Take a moment to read the description; all details and conditions of the offer are displayed here
- Click on the "Receive a bank transfer" button
- Type "OK" (without quotes or spaces), then click on "Spend"

Fill in your personal details.
This information is necessary to verify your identity and prevent fraud; it may vary depending on the selected product, country, and payment method.
The account holder’s name must match the ID and the information entered in your profile. If there is a discrepancy, the transfer will be automatically rejected by your bank.
Once completed, you will receive an email to validate your request.
Please note, you have 60 minutes to click on this link and confirm.
Rest assured, if your request expires, the Wards will be credited back and you will need to submit a new request via the app.
Your transfer will arrive in your bank account within 15 days at the latest, subject to validation and checks by our fraud prevention team.

Processing times
Bank transfers and gift cards are processed after verification and can take up to 15 business days to appear in your account (processing time and anti-fraud checks).
Rest assured, WeWard usually processes your requests within 2 to 5 days!

For transfers, an identity document is mandatory. Make sure all the information entered is accurate before confirming your request.
Rest assured, this confidential data will only be used to process your request.
What happens when a reward is out of stock?
Don’t panic! Most out-of-stock rewards are quickly restocked on the app.
When a reward returns to the Convert page, available quantities may vary so you can convert your Wards under the best current conditions.
You will always be up to date with the latest offers thanks to the return date, which informs you as soon as a new product is available. 😁

Can I cancel a request?
Transfer or gift card requests cannot be canceled.
We have implemented a three-step validation to avoid any errors (button “Get this reward,” “Finalize the order,” entering “OK”).
Therefore, every request is final.
However, if the account details (IBAN, Paypal, or Venmo) are incorrect, the partner will automatically return the transfer within 30 days.
Regarding gift cards, even if there is an error in the email, it will be directly available from the app!
Important information
The number of Wards required and the available amount may also vary depending on the country, period, our partners, ongoing commercial offers, or your status in the app.
Although indicative, there is no fixed equivalence between the Ward and the local currency (euros, dollars, etc.).
For fraud prevention reasons, the Convert page may not be immediately accessible to all users.
No transfer or gift card request can be made before 14 days of activity following your registration on the app.
