The validation of your transfer or gift card request can take up to 15 business days.
These delays are related to processing and anti-fraud checks.
But rest assured, at WeWard, this delay is usually much shorter (2-5 days) but we estimate a longer delay to ensure security.
For the gift card, it is sent by email and also available from the app by clicking on the partner or from your Ward history by selecting the "Gift Purchases" filter
If the delay is exceeded, contact our support by providing your email address to facilitate identification of your account.
My gift card does not work:
If you encounter a problem with your gift card, check the card's terms of use (some partners limit usage to certain products or sites).
Follow the specific instructions provided by the merchant (section "Gift Cards" on their website).
If the situation is not resolved, write to us with your email address, the card concerned, and the order date.
