WeWard reviews every request to ensure the legitimacy of your earnings.
A reward may be rejected in the following cases:
- Use of devices or software that simulate steps (pedometers, cheat apps, etc.)
- Multiple accounts, referrals of fake accounts, or being under 15 years of age
- Manipulation of geolocation or documents (forged bills, false claims)
- Abusive participation in partner offers (surveys or games using fake accounts)
And more generally, any other behavior that does not comply with the app’s terms of use.
Earnings generated through referrals, games, surveys, or partners are validated by the relevant partner. If the partner detects fraudulent behavior, these rewards may be revoked and the request denied.
In rare cases, the rejection may therefore result from an alert raised directly by the partner.
What can I do if my request is rejected?
When your request is processed, an email is sent in the event of a rejection, generally specifying the reasons. However, if you believe this is a mistake, contact our team and provide the email address associated with your account.
