What is the WeCard exchange feature?
You can now exchange your WeCards with other users directly from the app to complete your collections more easily!
Accessible directly from the WeCard Collection tab.
Changes are already being considered and will be implemented in the coming weeks, including:
- better notification management
- the ability to enable or disable this feature
As with any first version, it will evolve gradually thanks to your feedback !
How do I make an exchange?
Directly from the “Exchange” tab, click on “+ Propose an exchange.”
Compatible profiles
Here, you will see users who have WeCards that can be exchanged based on your Wishlist. If you are looking for a specific WeCard, you can ask the community and request another user to make an exchange.
Your friends
You can view the WeCards available from your friends and family and offer them a trade directly, based on your wishlist or by viewing their duplicate WeCards.
Select the WeCards you are interested in and offer a selection of your best WeCards in exchange. Click and add the quantity, then confirm to send the offer!
Why do my cards temporarily disappear?
✅ This is normal!
When an exchange is proposed, the card is reserved to ensure that the exchange can be honored.
- If the trade is accepted → the trade is completed automatically.
- If the trade does not go through → the card is automatically returned.
👉 This is essential to ensure that the exchange can take place, the WeCards you offer are temporarily removed from your collection.
This ensures that no cards can be lost in the process.
Is there a limit on exchanges?
Yes—to ensure a balanced experience for everyone:
✅ A maximum of 10 trades per week.
The counter is reset every Monday at 9 a.m. UTC.
How many exchange offers can I have at any one time?
✅ You can have up to 20 active offers (sent + received).
If this limit is reached, you will have to accept or decline some offers before you can receive or send new ones.
Where can I view my exchanges?
All your exchanges can be viewed from WeCard Collection icon at the top right
Everything remains traceable and transparent.
How to restrict the visibility of your profile for exchanges.
You should change the accessibility of your account and make it private.
This way, you will no longer appear in compatible profiles on our exchange platform.
How do I make my account private?
- Open the WeWard app
- Go to your Profile
- Open Settings
- Under Preferences
Tap Privacy - Under Account Privacy
Enable or disable the Private Account option
These changes may take up to 24 hours to take effect.
You can switch back to public mode whenever you want.
