Here are the simple steps to follow to change the email address associated with your WeWard account.
đź”§ Step 1: Access the settings
Open the WeWard app, then go to your profile by tapping the icon in the top right corner and tapping the gear icon in the top right corner of your screen again.
✉️ Step 2: Change your email address
Tap the “Email” section and enter your new email address in the field provided, then tap “Save.”
âś… Step 3: Confirm the change
You will receive an email at your new address with a confirmation link.
👉 If you have not received the confirmation email, please check your inbox, your spam or junk mail folders
You can try again or contact us directly from the app (or consult our article: I'm not receiving the magic link).
Once you click on the link, your email address will be updated in your account.
âť— What should I do if an error occurs when changing my email address?
If the email address you are trying to use is already associated with another WeWard account, you will receive an error message such as:
Oops! An error has occurred. Please try again later.
The email address already exists in our database.
âś… What should I do in this case?
Try a different personal email address that is not yet registered with WeWard.
If you think this is a mistake or you are unable to resolve the issue, contact our support team directly from the app.
