When you try to log in to WeWard, you will receive a temporary login email (also called a magic link).
💡 If you signed up using Apple, Google or Facebook, you need to log in the same way.
If you don't receive it, there are several possible causes 👇
The email comes from: no-reply@notification.weward.co
- Are you sure you entered the correct email address?

Check your spam, junk mail or "Promotions" tabs
⚠️ Special cases:
- If you have used a temporary or disposable email address (such as yopmail, mailinator, etc.), our system may block its use

Some email providers automatically block links in emails (e.g. laposte.net, free.fr, orange.fr, aol.com, tiscali.it, etc.)
🔄 Solution:
- Add
no-reply@notification.weward.coto your contacts or whitelist -
Contact our teams at contact@wewardapp.com so that we can transfer your account to a new address
