🔑 How to log in to your WeWard account?
At WeWard, logging in is as easy as pie!
No password required: we use a secure magic link sent by email ✨
Step 1 – Open the WeWard app
Download the app on iOS or Android.
Tap “Sign in.”
Step 2 – Log in
You can log in to your WeWard account in several ways:
- with your email address
- using an Apple, Google, or Facebook account
🧠 Important: use the same method or email address you used when creating your account, otherwise a new empty account will be created.
For example:
If you registered with your Google account, click on “Sign in with Google”.
If you used your email address, enter exactly the same address you used when registering (be careful of typos!).
Step 3 – Click on the magic link received by email
An email containing a temporary login link is sent from no-reply@notification.weward.co. This link is valid for 60 minutes.

- Check your spam or Promotions folders.

The email comes from no-reply@notification.weward.co. If you can't find it:
- Check the address you entered.
- Check your spam or secondary tabs.
⚠️ Special cases: some providers (laposte.net, free.fr, orange.fr, aol.com, etc.) block links.
🔄 Solution: add no-reply@notification.weward.co to your contacts or write to contact@wewardapp.com.
