First of all, we are very sorry if you did not receive your reward after completing a survey.
We completely understand your frustration, and here are a few things to help you better understand how it works.
💡 How do surveys work on WeWard?
Surveys are provided by external partner institutes, so they are not directly managed by WeWard.
When you complete a validated survey, the partner pays WeWard.
We then pay you the Wards corresponding to the reward provided.
However, if the institute does not validate the offer (for example, if the answers are incomplete or deemed inconsistent), we will not receive any compensation, and unfortunately we will not be able to credit you with the Wards.
🤝 What should you do if you think you have not been credited correctly?
In this case, we invite you to contact the institute concerned directly, as they are the only ones who can verify and release your reward. You will find all the details below!
We recommend that you send as much information as possible (date, type of survey, screenshot, user ID if applicable) in order to speed up the process.
⚠️ Important
WeWard cannot validate a survey on behalf of the partner, nor manually credit Wards, even in the event of a dispute.
Only the institute in question can do this. We hope that it can be resolved quickly with their help!
