💡 How do games work on WeWard?
Games are offered by external partners, so they are not managed directly by WeWard.
When you complete the missions of a game, the partner pays WeWard. We then credit you with the Wards corresponding to the reward provided.
However, if the partner does not validate the earnings (for example, if the missions are incomplete or completed using cheats), we receive no compensation and unfortunately cannot credit you with the Wards.
⏱️ Good to know: validation by the partner can take up to 96 hours. If you have just finished your missions, please allow this time to pass before worrying: the reward may still arrive.
✅ Before contacting the partner, check these points
Most situations are resolved by verifying the following:
- You have properly installed AND opened the game via the WeWard app, not directly from the store.
- All missions/objectives have been completed exactly as requested (correct level, correct village, etc.).
- The game was not already installed on your phone before going through WeWard.
- You have allowed the validation period (up to 96 hours) to elapse.
- No ad blocker, VPN, nor — on iPhone — iCloud Private Relay or Advanced Data Protection was active: these options can prevent validation.
If everything is compliant and the reward still hasn’t arrived after this period, you can contact the partner.
🤝 What to do if you believe you have not received the credit due to you?
In this case, we invite you to contact the partner directly, as they are the only ones who can verify and release your reward. You will find all the procedures below.
We recommend sending as much information as possible (date, type of mission, screenshot, user ID if available) to speed up processing.
🔎 How to know which partner to contact?
The partner’s name is displayed directly on the game used, or in the “Wards bonus and Free Rewards” section of the app. Note this name, then follow the corresponding procedure in the list below.
⚠️ Important
WeWard cannot validate a game on behalf of the partner, nor manual credit the Wards, even in case of dispute.
Only the partner concerned can do this. We hope this can be resolved quickly with their help!

Click Support at the top right.
Identify the game and click Open a ticket.
Select the reason for your request and scroll to the bottom of the page.
Click Next, then Contact Us to access the support form.
Tyrads
Click the menu at the top right (☰), then Privacy Policy.
Click the menu again at the top right (☰), then Contact Us.
Fill in the required fields and click Send to submit the request.
Ayet Studios
Click the menu at the top right (☰), then Prize Status.
Identify the game and click Details.
Scroll to the bottom of the page, then click Submit a ticket to access the support form.
