Some applications are not supported by WeWard because they allow users to manually add steps. This practice can lead to an unfair accumulation of Wards and is strictly prohibited to maintain the integrity of the application and ensure fairness for all users. For more details, please refer to our Terms of Use Agreement.
WeWard aims to reward your physical activity, and we cannot reward progress that has not occurred. This is for the sake of fairness between WeWard users and also to ensure the sustainability of the application and the rewards we distribute.
Here is a non-exhaustive list of unsupported apps ⬇️

If you use an app not supported by WeWard:
- You may not be able to convert your steps

- Your account could be temporarily or permanently disabled
Fitbit
WeWard allows you to choose Fitbit as your step data source. However, the Fitbit app allows its users to manually add steps or other activities. To ensure proper reward distribution, we have made a modification that ONLY blocks the synchronization of manually added activities through this app. If you encounter issues converting your steps, then you may have manually added some on Fitbit. In this case, you will need to delete this activity directly in the Fitbit app for WeWard to function correctly.
If you're not in this situation and still have problems converting your steps, please contact our support team.
