When you want to reconnect to the application, we can send you an access link by email so you can recover your account.
We are currently experiencing some problems with some addresses like @hotmail.com, @outlook.com, @yahoo.com, etc.
As a result, you might not receive the email to access your WeWard account. Sometimes it also takes a while to receive it, so please be patient. And of course, make sure to check your spam/junk mail folder.
If after a while, you do not receive the email, we invite you to contact us at contact@wewardapp.com.
