If you've bought an OPPO watch via WeWard, here are the steps to pair it with the app.
- Download the HeyTap Health app in the Apple Store or Play Store using one of the links below.

Open the app and sign in with your HeyTap Health account. If you don't have an account, create one.
Once connected...
iOS
- In the bottom-right corner, click on Manage
- Click on Add, and choose the device you want to add.
- Your OPPO watch is now connected. ✅
- Still in the Manage tab ➡️ In the top-right corner, click on Settings > Apple Health > Link now.
- You will be redirected to the Apple Health app.
- In the top right-hand corner, click on your avatar.
- Privacy > Apps > HeyTap Health
- Check that step count reading is allowed or click "Turn On All".
- Then open the WeWard app, go to Settings (upper-right on the home page), and click on Connect a watch.
Important :
- If you notice that the data from the app is no longer synchronizing with Apple Health, we recommend going to Apple Health > Sources > HeyTap Health and reactivating the data transfer.
Android
- In the bottom-right corner, click on Manage
- Click on Add and choose the device you want to add.
- Your OPPO watch is now connected. ✅
- Still in the Manage tab ➡️ In the top-right corner, click on Settings > Google Fit > Link now.
- Congratulations! Your watch is now connected to WeWard!
Important: Make sure to use the same Gmail account in the WeWard app and Google Fit.
