Unfortunately, we are unable to refund Wards once a gift has been ordered.
To prevent such errors, we've enhanced the purchase validation process on the Redeem page. To order a gift, you must complete the following steps:
1️⃣ Tap "Get this gift" (corresponding to the offer that you're interested in)
2️⃣ Proceed to the "Finalize the order" section.
3️⃣ Enter "OK" in the box, then click on "Spend ￦"
Once you've completed the third step, the order cannot be canceled, and Wards cannot be refunded.
