Remember to keep your receipt and send it in within 48 hours after your purchase.
- In the "Map" tab, click on the store you visited.
- Confirm you have spent the minimum amount, then scroll down.
- At the bottom of the page, click on "Earn x W"
- You'll have to send us a photo of your receipt.
Please note that for your receipt to be considered valid, it must include:
- the date of purchase
- the amount of the purchase
- the address of the store where you made your purchase
If any of the information above is not visible, your receipt will automatically be rejected.
You can only send one receipt per day, per store.
Once you have sent your receipt, it will be considered "pending." Our team will then check that everything is correct. You can check your upcoming transactions in your history. (Gifts tab > History > Coming soon).
You will receive an email once our team has verified it.
Please note that receipts sent by email are not valid. You must send them in via the WeWard app.
