Our team does its best to validate any receipts within 48 hours. As we receive a lot, it is possible that this delay might be a bit longer.
A receipt must be visible and include the following information:
- the address of the store
- the date of the purchase
- the price
The receipt must match the correct store on the application's map and the amount must be equal to or greater than the minimum purchase displayed on the application.
You must send the receipt within 48 hours of your purchase via the application. Furthermore, the receipt cannot have already been sent in from another account.
You can't send us your receipt by email. However, you can send it again via the application within 48 hours of the purchase if you think there has been a problem with its validation.
Please note that sending fake receipts is considered fraud and may result in your account being deleted.
A receipt can be refused if it does not comply with the conditions set out by the brand where you made your purchase and if it does not contain the right information.
