Depending on the location, you will have to click the "I'm in" button or send us a purchase receipt to receive your Wards.
1. Using the "I'm in" button
Just go to the stop indicated to validate your visit and click on the "I'm here" button to get your reward😊.
Just remember that to validate your location, you have to be in the green circle. Otherwise, this message will appear:
Once you're in the right location, click the "I'm here" button again. Then, you will receive your Wards.
We don't just reward passing by a location, but rather the experiences you'll find there like visiting a museum, enjoying a meal in a restaurant, or shopping in a store.
2. Sending in a Purchase receipt
To validate your location in some places, you'll need to send us a purchase receipt.
You'll have to take a photo of your receipt, go to the location page on the map, and click the "Earn X W" button.
Make sure that the receipt contains the following information:
- Name of the brand/place/museum, etc.
If there is a minimum purchase amount to receive the Wards, this information will be in the description of the place. This is how WeWard can build a win-win model for our commercial partners and walkers.
After that, if everything is in order and all conditions have been met, you'll get your Wards within 7 days.
Don't hesitate to take advantage of these two different ways to accumulate Wards during your explorations on the map in the application.
