When changing or updating your phone, you may be logged out of the application.
Logging out will not make you lose the Wards you've accumulated. All you have to do is log in using the same e-mail address you used to create your account on the app 🙂.
This will allow you to find your account as well as your Wards. To confirm the address, you can check the confirmation email we sent you when creating the account.

Please don't forget to update your app to the latest version on the App Store or Google Play.
Once connected, if you do not have your Wards, it's possible that a new account was created accidentally that's connected to another e-mail address. If you don't recover or if you don't remember the e-mail address you used to create the account, we invite you to contact our customer service: contact@wewardapp.com.
We will then be able to verify your account and help you resolve the issue.
