If your gift card isn't working, here's what you should do:
Firstly, contact the brand/company you purchased your gift card from. You have to say that you got it through the WeWard app and give them the following information: your email address, the number received by email, and specify which gift card it is.
If the card was sent by our partner Tangocard (you see this information in the email you received with the card), please contact them directly at the following email address: cs@tangocard.com. Be sure to mention that the card was ordered via WeWard and indicate which gift card it is.
If it is not a card sent by Tangocard, you can contact us directly by email: contact@wewardapp.com So that we can carry out checks quickly, please include the associated email address in your message to your account at the time of purchase, as well as the type of gift card concerned.
