A pending transaction means that your purchases have been successfully registered. The Wards will be added to your balance once the Weward partner validates your purchase.
If you decide to return the items you've purchased, the corresponding Wards will not be validated. In the case of a partial refund for your order, the allocation of your Wards will be proportional to the items kept.
The reward validation time frame varies from one merchant to another and can extend up to 90 days from the date of submission for them to process your purchase. For hotel bookings made on Booking.com, this period can extend up to 90 days after your check-out date. If you don't show up for your booking, then you won't receive the reward.
