Please note that we do not send any information about you to our partners, and all the answers you provide are collected solely for the purpose of completing the surveys you choose to participate in.

Partners may also ensure that you answer seriously by asking the same question in two different ways to verify that you are providing a consistent response.

Finally, due to current data protection regulations, certain information cannot be stored for more than 30 days and will therefore need to be requested again.
To get help with general questions about the app, you have two options:
Click on the button located in the top left corner of the app interface, then select the "Aide" (Help) option from the dropdown menu.
Select a question from the FAQ to find an answer to your issue.
If your question is not in the FAQ or if you need more personalized assistance, scroll down to the bottom of the help page and click on "Créer un nouveau billet" (Create a ticket) to contact our support team.
If you want to find information about a specific survey:
Click on the menu button in the top left corner (screen 1). ⬆️
Then select "Statistiques" (Statistics) and “De l'aide?” (Need help) next to the survey you are having an issue with.
To assist you better, please send all the necessary proof confirming the successful completion of the survey.
