My Voucher isn't working. What should I do?
If your voucher isn't working, it can be explained by several reasons:
- You can't scan the voucher. In this case, manually enter the code, ensuring it's entered correctly
- You don't meet the voucher's usage conditions. Make sure to read them carefully; they are available in the email sent to you
- Also, be sure to check the voucher's expiration date
