It can take up to 15 business days to receive a bank transfer before you can see the funds in your account.
This time is needed to verify your ID and to prevent fraud. Each transfer request is checked by WeWard's anti-fraud department. This last step ensures that you earned your Wards respecting our Terms of Use.
Don't worry: our anti-fraud department rejects less than 1% of all bank transfers.
If you have requested a bank transfer and don't see the money in your bank account, please wait 15 business days before contacting us. Check your email (including your junk email folder) to see if you have received any requests for additional information.
After 15 business days, if you still do not see the money in your account and haven't received an email (check your spam), please, contact us so we can find the cause of the problem. To do so, simply click on the link below "Submit a request" and make sure to provide the email address associated with your WeWard account, which you can find in the app settings.
