How to Disable Ad Blockers?

Ad blockers can prevent WeWard from tracking your purchases—which means you won’t earn Wards. To make sure your rewards come through, you’ll need to disable any ad blockers before shopping through the app.

Here’s how to do it based on your browser:

 

🧩 Google Chrome

  1. Open Chrome

  2. Click the three vertical dots in the top-right corner

  3. Hover over More Tools, then click Extensions

  4. Find your ad blocker (like Adblock, Adblock Plus, or Avast Online Security)

  5. Toggle it off

  6. If a confirmation pops up, confirm it

✅ That’s it—your ad blocker is off, and WeWard can track your purchases.

 

🦊 Mozilla Firefox

  1. Open Firefox

  2. Click the three horizontal bars in the top-right corner

  3. Choose Add-ons

  4. Click Extensions in the sidebar

  5. Find your ad blocker and click Disable

You’re all set!

 

🍏 Safari (Mac)

  1. Open Safari

  2. Click Safari in the top-left menu, then select Preferences

  3. Go to the Extensions tab

  4. Find your ad blocker and uncheck the box next to it

Done!
