You might get the following message when trying to convert your steps:
A problem occurred when converting your steps. You’re not allowed to convert your steps on multiple accounts from the same phone.
If you received this message, it means that there are at least two accounts linked to your phone (on the same device) and that you tried to convert your steps on both accounts on the same day.
As stated in our Terms and Conditions, having multiple accounts on WeWard is prohibited. This practice negatively affects the application and compromises the experience of all users.
Considering that some users are using fraudulent ways to earn Wards, and to preserve the proper functioning of the application, it is now impossible to convert the steps on several accounts (in situations where the accounts are linked to the same phone).
