Please note that it is not possible to connect your Xiaomi watch directly to the WeWard application. However, if you have a Xiaomi watch, here are the steps to follow to try to pair it with WeWard:
1️⃣ Download the Zepp Life app and sync it with your watch on the same app.
This step is essential since it will allow you to save the data from your Xiaomi watch to the Zepp Life app.
2️⃣ Sync Zepp Life data to Google Fit.
3️⃣ In the Zepp Life app, check that Google Fit is paired.
4️⃣ In the WeWard app, go to Settings. Then click on "Step data source" and select Google Fit.
Once everything's ready
5️⃣ When using your Xiaomi watch, you'll have to sync it with Zepp Life so that the data will be uploaded to Google Fit and then to WeWard.
6️⃣ Make sure you have the most recent version of WeWard
7️⃣ Open the app before your daily walks (making sure your phone doesn't automatically close it) and convert your steps regularly 🙂
Important
There may be some differences in step counts between the different applications. This is related to data transfer between the watch, the app, and your phone.
You may find the same problem if you simultaneously use your phone and smartwatch. Unfortunately, this is beyond our control 😕. This is related to adjustments made by the Google Fit app to work with WeWard. Furthermore, to reduce the possibility of cheating, our algorithm removes steps not taken from physical activities.
