Here's how to request a bank transfer ⬇️ :
- Open the WeWard app
- Click on the Redeem page 🎁 and then select Transfers > Available
- Select the desired bank transfer option, and take a moment to review the description📝
- Click on the "Receive a Bank Transfer" button
- Type "OK" (without the quotes) in the designated box and then click "Spend X Wards ". Note: Ensure there are no extra spaces before or after "OK."
- Fill in your personal details (last name, first name, postal address, ID, bank information, etc.).
Please ensure that all information provided is accurate to expedite the transfer process.
This information is required by banks to verify the recipient's identity for the bank transfer. Rest assured that this confidential data will only be used for processing the transfer.
Upon completion, you will receive an email confirming that your bank transfer request has been processed 🥳. Your transfer will arrive in your bank account within 15 days, subject to validation and checks by our anti-fraud department. Congratulations on reaching this milestone! 😁
