You can follow these steps to get a transfer ⬇️ :
- Open the WeWard app
- Click on the "Gifts" section 🎁 and then select Bank Transfers
- Select the desired bank transfer option, then take some time to read the description 📝
- Click on the "Receive Bank Transfer" button
- Type "OK" (without the quotes) in the box and then click "Spend X Wards"
Please note: you must not leave any extra spaces before or after the "OK"
- After that, if you want, you can donate some part of your gains to an organization
- Finally, fill in your personal information (last name, first name, postal address, ID, bank information, etc)
Please remember to enter your information correctly in order to receive the funds as soon as possible.
This information is required by the banks in order to verify the identity of the person to whom we are making a bank transfer. This is confidential information that will never be used for anything other than making a transfer.
At the end of this step, you will receive an email confirming that your bank transfer request has been processed 🥳 Your transfer will arrive in your bank account within 15 days, subject to validations and checks by our anti-fraud department which will check your account's compliance.
