WeWard has several challenges like this for you. We'll explain how they work here.
Let's take "Convert 200,000 steps in 15 days" as an example. This challenge is available from level 4 onwards.
Let's say that you reach level 4 on March 31st, at 6.43 p.m.
- The step counter then starts the day after you reach level 4. In our example, it starts on April 1 at 00:00.
- The challenge lasts 15 days in a row. This means that the countdown will count your steps from April 2 to April 17. This is why the number of remaining steps may increase over the days.
Date | Converted steps | Remaining steps to complete the challenge (after converting the steps) | Steps accumulated in 15 days |
April 1st | 10 000 | 190 000 | 10 000 |
April 2nd | 10 000 | 180 000 | 20 000 |
April 3rd | 10 000 | 170 000 | 30 000 |
April 4th | 10 000 | 160 000 | 40 000 |
April 5th | 10 000 | 150 000 | 50 000 |
April 6th | 10 000 | 140 000 | 60 000 |
April 7th - April 15th | 120 000 | 20 000 | 180 000 |
April 16th | 2 000 | 28 000 | 172 000 |
April 17th | 2 000 | 36 000 | 164 000 |
In this example, you can see that the number of steps remaining has increased from April 16th. We understand that remembering the starting date can be difficult and that's why we show you this information in the application.
If today is April 17th and you still haven't completed this challenge, we will count the steps you took between April 2nd and April 17th. That's why the number of remaining steps may increase as the days go on.
