Unfortunately, this is not possible. Once ordered, we cannot refund a gift.
To avoid this kind of mistake, we have strengthened the purchase validation system on the Gifts tab. To order a gift, you have to validate each of the following steps:
1️⃣ Tap "Get this gift" (corresponding to the offer that you're interested in)
2️⃣ Click on the section below "Finalize the order"
3️⃣ Enter "OK" in the box, then click on "Spend x W"
Once the 3rd step has been validated by you, it is impossible to cancel the order and reimburse you for the Wards.
