If your step counter remains at zero, follow these steps: ⬇️
1️⃣ Ensure WeWard Has Permission to Access Your Apple Health Data
- Open the Apple Health app;
- In the top right-hand corner, click on your avatar;
- Go to Privacy > Apps > WeWard;
- Ensure that the "Step Count" reading is allowed, or click "Turn On All."
2️⃣ Verify WeWard's Permission to Track Your Physical Activity
- First, go to "Settings" > "Privacy" > "Motion & Fitness" (not directly in the Health app).
- Check that WeWard has permission to access your motion and fitness activity.

- Also, ensure that in Settings, the "Health" option is enabled.
