To get the most out of the WeWard app: ⬇️
- Make sure that you've downloaded the latest version of the application.
- Start the application in the morning and before your daily walks (making sure that your phone doesn't close it or turn it off automatically) and convert your steps regularly 😊. You also have the option to drag the home screen down to refresh the data on your walks
- Make sure you have a reliable and stable internet connection. The application counts steps even when it's operating in the background. You can observe the progress of your steps and the thresholds you cross during the day with or without an internet connection. However, you have to have an internet connection to convert your steps into Wards. If you don't, you won't be able to convert them. So make sure you have a reliable internet connection when converting your steps for the day
- To make sure you don't forget to convert your step, we suggest enabling the step reminder notification
