If you've been logged out of the application, it may be due to changing or updating your phone.
Being logged out will not result in losing the Wards you've accumulated. Simply log back in using the same email address you used to create your account on the app 🙂.
This will allow you to find your account as well as your Wards. To confirm the address, you can check the confirmation email we sent you when creating the account.

Please don't forget to update your app to its latest version on the App Store or Google Play.
If after reconnecting you still don't see your Wards, it's possible that a new account was accidentally created under a different email address. If you're unable to recover or remember the email address associated with the account, please reach out to our customer service at contact@wewardapp.com.
