Firstly, contact the brand/company you purchased your gift card from. Let them know you obtained it through the WeWard app and provide them with the following details: your email address, the number received via email, and the type of gift card.
If the card was sent by our partner Tangocard (you'll find this information in the email you received with the card), please contact them directly at: cs@tangocard.com. Be sure to mention that the card was ordered via WeWard and specify the type of gift card.
If it's not a card sent by Tangocard, you can contact us directly via email at: contact@wewardapp.com So that we can carry out checks quickly, please include the email address linked to your account at the time of purchase, as well as details about the type of gift card in question.
