3. What’s the difference between the Free and Paid Premium offers?
The perks are the same—how you unlock them is different:

Free Premium is unlocked by earning qualifying Wards (e.g., 2000 Wards) and is time-limited.
4. How much does Premium cost?
Pricing depends on your country and current offers. You’ll see the exact price during onboarding or in your Profile when available.
5. Can I try Premium for free?
Yes! A one-time free trial may be available, depending on your country.
Please note that the free trial is available only once.
6. How can I subscribe to Premium?
You can subscribe:

7. Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can cancel anytime via your App Store or Google Play settings. After canceling, you’ll still have access to Premium until your current billing cycle ends.
8. What happens if I unsubscribe?

You’ll lose access to Premium perks at the end of your billing period.

If you’ve earned enough Wards (e.g., 2000), you may unlock the free Premium version.

Otherwise, you’ll return to standard status.
9. Do unused perks carry over??
No—Premium perks reset monthly and don’t roll over if unused.
10. I already have Free Premium. What's new for me?
You’ll keep your Premium access, plus we’re adding even more perks:

You’ll see a “New” tag next to these in your Premium dashboard. Redeem them in their respective sections of the app (e.g., WeCards shop for Gold Pack).
11. How do I know if I have Premium (free or paid)?
You’ll see a Premium badge:

Plus: your pedometer and app icon will turn purple.
12. What happens to my subscription if I delete my account?
Deleting your WeWard account does not cancel your subscription.
Be sure to cancel it manually via the App Store or Google Play to avoid charges.
If you change devices or lose access, use “Restore my purchase” to recover your subscription.
