How Watch & Spin is working ?
Watch & Spin is a feature that allows you to turn a wheel, after having seen an ad video, that allows you to get a surprise !
I can’t spin the wheel many times in a row, why ?
Every morning, you earn the opportunity to spin 2 times the wheel. Once these spins are done, you must wait 4 hours before being able to Watch & Spin again.
I have an available spin however I can’t use it, why ?
Sometimes, there isn’t any video available to see, therefore you cannot spin the wheel. Indeed, the spins you are doing are paid by the ads you are seeing, therefore if you cannot watch a video, you won’t be able to spin the wheel.
We are continuously working on finding more partners that want to participate in the Fortune wheel, just to avoid this situation as much as possible in the future.
