How are my responses processed and used?
Please note that we do not send any information about you to our partners, and any answers you give are only collected for the purpose of completing the surveys you wish to participate in. That's it.
How can I see relevant surveys?
When you first start a survey with each institute, they will ask you to fill in a general questionnaire about yourself. This is necessary so that they can offer you the most relevant surveys. Without it, they will not offer you any surveys.
If this questionnaire is long, we will compensate you with 3 wards.
I answer the same questions over and over again, is that normal?
We do not collect the information you share with our partners, and therefore we will not transfer it between partners. So, you will have to answer the same questions multiple times if you try several of our partners.
Partners can also ensure that you are answering seriously by asking the same question in two different ways to ensure that you are giving the right answer.
Finally, under current data protection regulations, some information cannot be stored for more than 30 days, so it will be requested again.
I answered some questions but I didn't get any Wards, why?
There are two stages in a survey:
1- The qualification phase: the partner will ask you some additional questions to make sure you are part of the desired target. At this stage, it is possible that you will be removed from the survey because you do not correspond to the desired target. This phase is usually quick, you will not earn Wards if you are disqualified (and we don't earn money either).
For example, you will be asked 3 questions, and one of them will ask if you own a car. If car owners are sought, only respondents who have a car will enter the survey.
2- The survey: if you pass the qualification phase, you will enter the survey. Here you will be asked more precise and often longer questions. Here again, it is possible that the partner will notice that you are not part of the desired target, and you may still be disqualified from the survey at this stage.
In this scenario, we will compensate you with a minimum of 2 Wards, although we are not usually compensated in this situation.
If you finally meet all the requirements, you will complete the entire survey and receive the full amount of Wards for that survey.
For example, the survey was specifically aimed at car owners who own a car that is over 5 years old and of French make, to find out their purchase intentions. If you don't own a car, you will be taken out of the survey. If you do, you will complete the survey by answering all the questions.
WARNING: It is important to answer the questions seriously. The partners may decide to exclude you from a survey if you give contradictory answers or answer some questions too quickly. In this case, you will never be compensated.
I was told I won Wards but I didn't receive anything.
We apologise for the inconvenience. Unfortunately, we do not have control over surveys and polls. The institutes manage the profiles and awards.
