How are my responses processed and used?
Please note that we do not send any information about you to our partners, and any answers you give are collected solely to complete the surveys you wish to participate in. That's it.
How can I see the most relevant surveys?
When you first start a survey with each institute, they will ask you to fill in a general questionnaire about yourself. This is necessary so that they can offer you the most relevant surveys. Without it, they will not offer you any surveys.
If this questionnaire is long, we will compensate you with 3 wards.
I answer the same questions over and over again, is that normal?
We do not collect the information you share with our partners, and therefore we will not transfer it between partners. So, you may have to answer the same questions multiple times if you take surveys with several of our partners.
Partners can also make sure that you are answering seriously by asking the same question in two different ways to ensure that you are giving the right answer.
Finally, under current data protection regulations, some information cannot be stored for more than 30 days, so it could be requested again.
I answered some questions but I didn't get any Wards, why?
There are two stages in a survey:
1️⃣ The qualification phase: the partner will ask you some additional questions to make sure you are part of the desired target group. At this stage, you may be removed from the survey because you don't correspond to the desired survey-taker. This phase is usually quick and you won't earn Wards if you are disqualified (and we don't earn any money either).
For example, you may be asked 3 questions, and one of them could ask if you own a car. If car owners are sought after then only respondents who have a car will enter the survey.
2️⃣ The survey: if you pass the qualification phase, you will enter the survey. Here you will be asked more precise and often longer questions. Here, it's also possible that a partner will notice that you are not part of the desired target group, and you may still be disqualified from the survey at this stage.
In this scenario, we will compensate you with a minimum of 2 Wards, although we are not usually compensated in this situation.
If you meet all the requirements in the end, you will complete the entire survey and receive the full amount of Wards for that survey.
For example, the survey was specifically aimed at car owners who own a car that is over 5 years old and from a French manufacturer, to find out their purchasing habits. If you don't own a car, you'll be taken out of the survey. If you do, then you'll complete the survey by answering all the questions.
⚠️ ATTENTION: It's important to answer the questions seriously. Affiliate partners may decide to exclude you from a survey if you give contradictory answers or answer certain questions too quickly. In this case, you won't be compensated.
I was told I won Wards but I didn't receive anything.
